It could also be leaking where the timing cover mates with the front of the block as coolant runs through a passage of the timing cover on both sides into the block. Pretty much just drain the coolant, remove fan shroud, remove/loosen the belt and the water pump is accessible right there on the front of the timing cover. I'd take another look at the leak, the tcc gasket goes out eventually in v8 zj's.
